I just wanted to say thank you guys so much for the wonderful experience on the Buying Tour!  After becoming an "Inner Circle" member and watching the dvd's I told myself I have to go on a buying tour with NAREI.  I wasn't disappointed.  It was a great experience from start to finish. 

I went on the November/December Tour and I ended up buying two houses and am about to close on a 4-plex apartment building.  And all of the properties will have a positive cash flow!  The information you brought to us "students" on the tour was priceless.  We had everything we needed to see that this was a great market to invest in.  I live in Miami and we are definitely in a "decline" market here.  I sold a property I had in Miami and had some cash to invest and couldn't find a suitable market until I did the Buying Tour with you.

I wanted to tell you that I am completely satisfied with the Tour and the overall experience.  The mentors were very knowledgeable and I had a great time with you guys and all my fellow students.  And I am excited to have purchased some solid real estate in a market with a great forecast for it's future.
