Beginning in 1985 with Marc Stephan Garrison, The National Association of Real Estate Investors (NAREI.COM) has taught the message of creating wealth and building a financial future through real estate investing to over 1.5 million active and potential real estate investors.

Marc Garrison has been teaching the concepts of market cycles and emerging markets since 1985.

These are not new concepts despite what new "gurus" say or publish in books.

In 2003, we published our updated book "UNLIMITED REAL ESTATE PROFIT" and you will find Marc's market cycles and emerging markets well defined within the book.

Let me start by saying that we do not believe in get rich quick gurus who preach financial freedom through buying their expensive real estate investing book, DVD, mentoring, and BOOT CAMP programs. They are quick to tell you that attending a weekend real estate seminar or boot camp will equip you with all the essential knowledge for successful real estate investing. If a weekend program costs six thousand dollars just to "teach" you...save your money and participate in our Thursday night TeleWorkshops and "listen and learn" for FREE.

These programs (which are usually high pressured - telemarketed) are often staffed by people who have never even bought a piece of residential income property in their lives!

If you are "telemarketed" or contacted via mail from a purchased list remember that those organizations do not generate new customers from referrals and ads in which you have the choice to participate.

Our members contact us and are referred from other students. We do not send out invitations via the postal service or the Internet to unsolicited contacts.

Narei.com targets emerging markets ripe for explosive growth fueled by economic changes in the form of employment. Narei.com's target markets are researched and documented. New job growth and the people needed move into to that area and cause an increase in occupancy rates, and an increase in the rental rates. The basic function of supply and demand play out everyday in NAREI.com markets.

While many major markets suffer today from overbuilding and impossible negative cash flows our target markets do not follow national trends. In just one recent market we documented new job creation to be right around 40,000 in the next 3-6 years.
